COVID-19 information

​**More detailed information and instructions will be provided to all attendees closer to the date of the event**

PRE-DEPARTURE
  • All employees will require proof of a negative COVID-19 test administered no more than 24 hours prior to the first day of the event in order to attend. ​
  • Upon completion of the registration form, a COVID-19 testing kit will be mailed to your preferred address indicated on your registration form.​
  • Attendees will use the Care685 application to upload a photo of their test result. ​
  • If positive cases are identified, the event planning team will be notified and travel will be cancelled.
  • ​Validation of negative test results from a test provider or laboratory are accepted (self-administered rapid tests are not accepted).

UPON CHECK-IN
  • At check-in, event staff will validate test results via Care685 (green passport confirming negative test result).​​
  • Once test results are validated by staff, attendees will be checked in.
